* The University does not provide proxy services for obtaining visas and other immigration procedures (including application for Certificate of Eligibility). In particular, it takes two to three months at the earliest to receive a Certificate of Eligibility. Since the screening process usually takes some time, please be sure to complete the transfer of payment in the Second Stage procedure as soon as possible, regardless of the admissions deadline.
